Discovering the north of Italy on bike. Verbania

There are different reasons to choose a holiday destiny, ours was to see some stages from the cycling race Giro de Italia.
So we choose Verbania, nearly without knowing where it was.

Luckly we discovered a little calm and easy living paradise.

Our apartment has an incredible view of the Lago Maggiore and having breakfast and dinner in the balcony each day was one of the little pleasures we enjoyed.
The sound of the bird and the smell of jasmine are still on my mind.

As we brought our bikes, we were able to travel around the lake, with the slow perspective that riding gives.

This time ther eare not much photos. Just moments one keeps on the little box for blue days. It was a personal choice not to see all through the lent of the camera, just to see and enjoy it, as it was a place you live at. Trying to feel more closed to the place and the people.

Going a bit, out of the general touristic route.

Oporretako norantza aukeratzeko arrazoi asko daude. Gureak Italiako Giroko etapa pare bat ikustea zen.
Beraz Verbania aukeratu genuen, horiek ikusteko ondo zetorrelako. Ia ezer gehiago jakin gabe.

Zorionez han aukitutakoa lasaitasun eta ondo bizitzeko pasadisu txikia zen.

Apartamenduak Lago Maggioreruntz zuzendua zegoen eta egunero terrazan gosaldu edo afaltzeko aukerak ez zuen diruordainik. Lakuaren mugimendua, hodeiak, eguzkiak, txorien kantua eta jazminaren usaia goizero.

Bizikletekin joan ginenez, lakuaren inguruan lasai bidaitzeko aukera izan genuen. Bizikletak ematuen duen erritmoa arin moldatu zen herri txiki eta lakuarekin.

Oraingoan ez daude argazki asko. Kamera alde batera laga nuen, une askotan, hango esentzia ez galtzeko edo. Han bizi izan bagina lez. Kuriositatez gauzak begiratuz, baina dena argazki batean gorde beharra barik.

Tourismo masibotik ihes eginez.
